Due to emerging technologies the devices and products are becoming more cheeper, powerful and accessible.
This year’s theme for IDPWD is Sustainable Development: The Promise of Technology. This theme focus on the role of technology in

- Disability-Inclusive Sustainable Development Goals
Technology still has a greater role to play in the future for helping people with disabilities in many other aspects of life. Disaster management, independent mobility, equal participation in various aspects of life etc to name a few.
