CSUN 2021 Call for presentations is open

The 36th CSUN AT Conference will be held online from March 8 to March 12, 2021. If you wish to submit a presentation, the call for presentations will be opened on September 10th, 2020 and will close on September 29th, 2020. For more information visit General Call for presentations page.

axe-con digital accessibility conference registration and submissions open

axe-con is a free digital accessibility conference by Deque Systems. The first axe-con is going to be held on March 10th and 11th, 2021. Axe-con is going to be virtual and free to attend.

Currently axe-con is inviting call for presentations before October 23rd, 2020. Additional information can be found on axe-con webpage.

WCAG 2.2 for wider review

W3C continues to make the accessibility requirements robust and current. There are 9 new success criteria proposed and are currently available for review. The success criterion 2.4.7 Focus Visible is proposed to promote to Level A from Level AA. Have a look at the new success criteria in WCAG 2.2

Note that the new success criteria have the word (new) adjacent to the level. The comments are due by September 18th, 2020. Read the blog article for complete information.
